Hey Tenno! We are aware of this issue and working on a fix. In the meantime, anyone who is experiencing this issue can following the instructions above. It should be fixed today in an upcoming hotfix.

It would interest you to know that we have deployed an updated Launcher to help users unable to update due to a corrupt Steam Client config file.

Hey Tenno! We added verticality to Lavos’ Catalyze ability in our recent hotfix, amongst other changes. You can check it out here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1242046-orphix-venom-hotfix-2962/?tab=comments#comment-11982261

The change should make it easier to hit enemies above and below the casting height.
