Not really sure where you are coming from thinking this has ANYTHING to do with premium ships or the premium shop.

This is purely to focus development assets towards ONE client. Which means the content in patches etc is being standardized.

Individual servers can still do server centric activities as often (but not always) this has nothing to do with the premium shop specifically

This is a VERY good thing, because it means that our developers can just focus on one version of the client, it also frees disk space up for everyone as I know that some in the community have accounts on several servers and having several copies of the client takes up quite a bit of space.

We do not typically release dates for specific updates, because if something needs to be worked on that date may change.

But as has been stated in the past our typical update cycle is 4 weeks long. That being said it will not be in 2020, that I am fairly confident of.

Any of the rapid fire CLs can make quick work of ANY target. Learning to disengage and not get drawn into a DPS battle is the key for battleships to survive.

Colbert, Smolensk, Worcester, and Zao all are lightly armored so a well placed shell or salvo = the end of CL rain of fire.

Some of the items you mentioned are actually in the process of being fixed. And if you jump into PTS 0.9.11 this weekend, you can give it a try to see if you can replicate them!
