You achieved the criteria for the achievement previously, but the achievements were broken. They were recently fixed, and Steam seems to be randomly doling out missing achievements to users here and there, We've been getting 1-2 people every few days coming and going "Why did I get an achievement when I havent played this in ages?" in some way shape or form for months.
