You dont want Windows to manage that at all. Its not very good at it.

I believe the settings are Minimum 1.5 and Max 3 times more than your RAM.
That is old Windows XP data. Since Windows 7 SP1 letting Windows manage the pagefile is more performant in all but a few excptions.

One thing that is for certain though. Setting a custom pagefile is likely to crash Unity with a memory error. Windows isn't alone in this either. It will crash on Linux if you have less than 8GB Swap.
