@Powie_666 I too have been hit by this bug upon killing Wuffa in AC Valhalla. Silly me didn't restart from a saved game and have progressed to the near end of the game. Now I can't move on to the Last mission that was released just the other week. Does the save and reinstall procedure work for PS5 as well? Help!

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with Wuffa the Zealot being stuck and unable to confirm the kill.
I would recommend to try creating a manual save directly above the icon where Wuffa is and then close the game. Then launch the game again and load the newly created save to see if Wuffa respawns. You should not need to uninstall the game to try this workaround.
