Hi @AlePlay @DubStteppeR apologies for the late response.

I'm also sorry to hear that the issue persists.

Another player has also reported the same issue via a support case. In the video they provided they took a photo then went to the map. There was no photo icon showing to indicate a photo had been taken, however when they moved the cursor the photo did appear.

Could you please go through the connectivity troubleshooting then try again to see if that helps. However, if it doesn't then could you provide a video to demonstrate this issue. In the video can you take a photo in photo mode then show that the photo does not appear on the map and also try moving the cursor around the location where the photo was taken to see if it appears. If it does can you close the game, reload it and check again and see if the photo still appears when moving the cursor in the same location.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

@DubStteppeR ok thanks 🙂

@AlePlay @DubStteppeR could you also check the following:

  • Go to the map and press the relevant button/analogue stick to bring up the Legend
  • Scroll down to Misc. and check if it is enabled or disabled

If it is disabled this will stop showing Community Photos, Personal Photos and Daily Concept Art. If it is disabled try re-enabling this.

@DubStteppeR I'm sorry to hear that you still are not able to see the photos that you have taken in game.

I suggest verifying your game files, as well as logging out of Ubisoft Connect, and then logging back in as this may be an account-related issue. I also suggest ensuring that cloud-sync is enabled in the Ubisoft Connect client. You can do so by going to the Settings screen after clicking the icon with the three lines in the top left corner of the window. Under "General," make sure that "Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games" is checked.

Hi @DubStteppeR I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists.

Can you confirm if you receive any Ubisoft Service errors prior to this issue occurring? If so can you confirm what the error code is?

Could you also confirm if the photos are still not loading on the photomode website?

@AlePlay could you also confirm if the issue persists on the photo mode website and if you are experiencing the same issue with the photos taken in-game like DubStteppeR?
