Since replacing my xbox one controller with an xbox series controller, the button mapping has gone wrong in all Ubisoft games when used via bluetooth. In games on other platforms it works perfectly. It also works perfectly when used on USB, but I didn't buy Wireless controller to use cables.

You mentioned that the button mapping has gone wrong in all Ubisoft games. Can you confirm which games you have experienced this in and if you are using the default controls in your games or custom controls?
Can you also confirm what the controller issues are in Assassin's Creed Valhalla (which button on your controller performs which action in game)
Have you also checked the controls in the settings to see if the controls match (automatically changed) or if they still show as default controls.
