Just to update you that this issue has been reopened and the development team are investigating. This issue was supposed to be fixed in the 1.6.1 update, however we have received reports that the issue still occurs.

If you are experiencing this issue please let us know and we can forward your details on to the development team.

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here

Just to update you on this issue. The development team are intending to fix it with a future update, however we are unable to confirm when this will be.
