I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to move when you fast travel to Svartalfheim.
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so could you please confirm if you have tried fast travelling to another location on the map as suggested by Polyedra? I would also suggest trying to meditate to see if that helps.
@frumpygerbal can you please install the latest update (1.6.0) and confirm if the issue still persists?
@ShadowBlitz1996 can you also confirm if you are able to fast travel to another location on the map or meditate to see if that resolves the issue.
