[2021] Game is crashing from World Events

I have been having issues with my game like the following:

1. When I start the game it always tries to start in Windowed Borderless 4k Res if I change it always reverts back to that at restart. (Not a big deal)
2. Forsetti's Rest in Jorvik Sync point will crash my game if I attempt to claim it. I can go up there just crashes if I sync.
3. By Wensum River in Northwic world event will crash if I approach the NPC.

I'm sure I'll find more as progress but I'm 23% in and found those so far.
Not sure why but when I do these things my display turns off then reloads and the game wont reload I can hear the sound for a minute then I get the Ubisoft send crash report pop up.
