[2021] Reopening bug: Cannot proceed with several quests: A Sword-Shower in Anecastre / Stuck after pledging to Lincolnscire

Hi all,

I am experiencing a bug that was logged earlier and was (not completely?) fixed in TU1.1.1, with release notes:
Cannot proceed with several quests:

• A Sword-Shower in Anecastre / Stuck after pledging to Lincolnscire

After completing the quests in the Lincolnscire arc and reporting to Randvi, I am locked in place at the alliance map and cannot move.
I can fast travel to other locations, but once there I still cannot move.
