Hello, I need help with a bug that occured me while trying to complete the Raven Challenge in Anderitum Hideout. I don't know why but one of the chests was already opened when after I restarted the quest. I didn't have any problems with the key. Can someone help me to fix it?
Hi @josso_ I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with one of the chests in the Anderitum Hideout trial.
Can you try leaving the trial and fast travelling to another location on the map and then fast travel back near the challenge location, go to it and try doing the trial again.
If the issue persists could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
@josso_ thanks for the update, I'm pleased the issue is resolved.
With regards to the key not spawning, this issue was fixed with update 1.5.3, however there is another issue that doesn't allow you to use the key on the cell door if you steal it from the guard, it will only work if you kill the guard and auto loot it, however in doing this prevents you from earning a gold medal for the trial.
Please ensure you have the latest update (1.5.3) installed. You can also check the megathread we have created for the new issue that I mentioned here.
