when i started to play the game on ps5 instead of ps4, As soon as i switched to ps5 I lost all my armour of the berserker and can't even download it from the store it's telling me unavailable.. not to mention qll my gear was leveled down..
On the ps4 the Berserker armour is available but on the ps5 no.. i did thr latest update which was supposedly to fix the issue but nothing .

I can confirm that the issue with the Berserker Gear losing its upgrades and acquired runes is being investigated. As you mentioned the Berserker Gear is not appearing for you on the PS5 version, I assume the gear has lost its upgrades and runes on the PS4 version. Can you please confirm the following:
Can you also provide an image that shows that the Ultimate Edition content cannot be downloaded for the PS5 on the PlayStation Store.
