I'd just like to update you on the reported issues for this megathread.
Weapons / Shields have disappeared from inventory - [Under Investigation]
This issue is related to weapons/shields being knocked out of Eivor's hand during a fight and then disappearing from the inventory. Or weapons/shields randomly vanishing from the inventory.
If you are experiencing this issue, could you please provide the following:
- Which item(s) have gone missing?
- What caused these item(s) to disappear?
- Have the items returned at all? If so, what caused this to happen?

Players lose their weapons when using 'Dual Swap' and torch - [Resolved]
This issue has been marked as resolved.
If you are still experiencing this issue could you please provide the following:
- Which item(s) have gone missing?
- If you were able to load a previous save to get the weapon back in your inventory?
- A video demonstrating the issue

Players can lose their weapons and armour after completing a mastery challenge - [Cannot Reproduce]
The development team have investigated and confirmed that they were unable to reproduce the issue on Title Update 1.6.2.
