I purchased AC Valhalla on 29th Oct from the Ubisoft store website and still it did not appear on my Library (PC Connect). I didn't receive a confirmation email either and I check with my bank, the credit card payment has gone through without a problem. I contacted customer support on the 30th of Oct and I still got no reply from them.
Please look into my issue, I just wanna play it on the 10th.
