I bought AC Valhalla Deluxe Edition in Epic Games a few years ago, and I reinstalled it to play it again, and after installing it and launching it, the Ubisoft Launcher alerted me that there was an update available, and so I updated the Game, and everytime I try to launch the game, It only stays at the Splash screen, so the game doesn't open. I've reinstalled the game many times and restarted my pc too. it's still hasn't worked since. But it did work when I installed it before, but after I had reinstalled it, it has not worked at all since.

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 ti
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core
RAM: 16 GB
Windows: 10

I have 1 SSD and 2 HDDs and it is installed in my 2TB HDD Drive G.

Can anyone help?

Hi @Domaz_the_Gamer I'm sorry to hear that your game is freezing on the splash screen.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

@Domaz_the_Gamer we do recommend installing the game on the same drive that the Ubisoft Connect launcher is installed on.

If it's not installed on the same drive can you try that to see if it works.

@Domaz_the_Gamer apologies for the late response, and thanks for the update.

We are aware that this issue can occur sometimes when the game has been purchased from the Epic Store and installed through the Epic Games launcher. It attempts to download the full game again in the Ubisoft Connect launcher.

Once the game has been activated we would recommend downloading the game in the Ubisoft Connect launcher instead of the Epic Games launcher. Therefore I would advise to uninstall the Epic Games launcher installation then install the game from the Ubisoft Connect launcher and try launching the game again.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.
