As your GPU typically uses DirectX 12 as mentioned above, the game may be trying to launch on a integrated GPU rather than your Geforce GTX 960M.
Could you please check the NVIDIA support article here and follow the steps provided to see if that helps?

Can you confirm if you are also receiving a notification that your GPU does not support DX12?
If so could you please confirm your system specifications and if you have tried any of the troubleshooting suggested by Ubi-Nacho and Ubi_Plush?
