I have tried it all, restarting the game, my pc, the sun. i have stripped down all my gear, i have resertthe Light-Finger skill. i have teleported and come back, i have walked back and forth to the trader and i tried to reload one of my earlier saves.
and still i am not able to pick up this smal but important paper 
pliz help me.

Hi @fknfreak22 apologies for the late response.
I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to pick up the deed in the quest 'Sweetening the Pot'.
This issue is caused by having the 'Light-Fingered' skill equipped. Please try loading a previous save before you started the quest, then reset the skill 'Light-Fingered' and try picking up the deed again.
