[2021] Daughter of Lerion icon still showing on the map after completion

Could you please provide a screenshot of that region to show that the icon for one of the 'Daughters of Lerion' is still showing. Can you also go to that location and see if her body is still there and if it is could you also provide a screenshot to show this.
