[2022] [PC] Changes to graphics settings are not saving

Hello,

I can't change the graphics settings, the game automatically sets everything to ultra, when I change to high settings and restart the game to change the settings, nothing changes. I have the current graphics card drivers, I use rtx 3070 (laptop), in nvidia ge froce expiernce I also can't change the settings, there is information that some option is blocking access to the settings in the game. I tried to reinstall the game from scratch but it didn't work, what can I do so I can finally lower the settings down?
