[2021] List of issues I have experienced

@dava4444 Thanks for reporting those issues you have discovered whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

1. This is a known issue that is being investigated. It seems to be caused by having the Lynx or Lion mount equipped before travelling to Asgard.
2. Can you provide a video of this one please, showing all of the outside of the house.
3. This is also a known issue that is being investigated. As a workaround you can trying loading a previous save.
4. Can you show an example of this.
5. There should be enough raw materials in the game to fully upgrade your settlement. Make sure you complete the main story and all of the raids that are available.
6. Can you provide more information on this:

• What controller you are using to play the game?
• Does this occur in a certain area or is it random?
• When did you start experiencing this and how often does it happen?
• Do you have any other USB devices plugged in other than your mouse and keyboard? if so try unplugging them and try again

The feedback about Azar has already been passed on previously.

@spirantcrayon22 I have searched and found some other threads on this, however one of the threads had no responses from Ubisoft support agents, on another one we did not receive a reply from the player and on the other one I can see that you kindly provided a video on YouTube that you found but there was no response after that for which I apologise.

I will test this myself on my console and then report it to the development team if I cannot find anyone to access the house.

I'm pleased to hear that you have completed the game and were able to fully upgrade your settlement.

We are aware that some players have experienced issues with Xbox controllers disconnecting whilst playing the game on PC. It's possible that the controller is disconnecting then reconnecting. Do you have the drivers updated for your controller? You also mentioned that you have other USB devices plugged in, can you try unplugging those apart from your mouse and keyboard then launch the game and try again to see if the issue persists.

For the other glitch that you mentioned, does Eivor have the drunken affect? If so this issue has been reported and is being investigated.

Regarding the Mari Lwyd cloak and mask, this was reported previously but the development team explained that this is working as intended. To remove these you can leave the Gloucestershire region, raise your hood then lower it and it should revert back to your original cloak. If that does not work then you can also remove your cloak and equip it again.

With regards to the predator bow, could you provide a video as an example of this.

@dava4444 Thanks for the video provided, I will forward this on to the development team. I can see that lowering your hood in the video removed the Mari Lwyd cloak and mask this time, I am not sure why it did not work previously for you, however I will also inform the development team of this.

I can also see the swaying in the video that you mentioned, this has been reported and is being investigated. The screen sways similar to the drunken effect, however the screen is not blurred and Eivor does not stagger the same way.

With regards to the controller, did you try unplugging all of your USB's except for your mouse and keyboard to see if that helps? If not can you please try this. You mentioned it was an input lag with the controller, do you notice the FPS drop in the game when this happens?
