I recently got a playstation 5 including the ps5 version of valhalla. I already had a ps4 including the ps4 version valhalla. family now has my ps4 plus game. now i want to play my saved data from the ps4 on the ps5 with the ps5 disk but i can't manage this, who can help me?

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is actually a cross-platform and cross-progression supported game. So long as you log in to your account (on the PS5) and previously made sure that cloud sync was enabled on your PS4, you should be able to just carry on from where you left off.
