Hi @dationguyen I'm sorry to hear that you are required to hold the ALT key when using the keyboard for your controls.
Can you please unplug all USB devices except for your mouse and keyboard then launch the game. If the issue persists could you please confirm what kind of keyboard you are using?
Also have you ever been able to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla with your keyboard without using the ALT key? If so when did this issue start happening?
