I can confirm that this issue is still being investigated and that we have no further updates.

I understand your frustration that this issue has been ongoing for sometime and can only apologise.

Unfortunately some issues are more complex than others, making them more difficult to reproduce and fix. Also attempting to apply a fix in some cases can cause further issues in the game, therefore the development team need to investigate thoroughly and be able to reproduce the issue before a fix can be applied.

I have checked your account and can see that you have not launched the game since April. Could you please try installing the latest update and launch the game again and check if the issue persists. It's likely that it will as the issue is ongoing, but we would appreciate if you could check this and also upload your latest save to the cloud.

If you could you also answer the following questions, I can then forward this information on to the development team along with your save file:

  • Which gear is currently available to you?
  • Which Trial was completed prior to the issue occurring?
  • Did anything specific or strange happen during the trial?
