When I loot the guy highlighted to have the key for the chest in Utbech, all I get is a Carbon Ingot so I can't loot the chest.

If possible can you provide us with a video of this we could report to the team, please? There is already a video in the thread but we need to verify the same issue persists on the latest version as there's been no other reports of this since November 2020. Thanks!
Hey there @azhrei21 - thank you for reaching out to us in this thread regarding the duplicate key you were able ot loot from the Utbech camp.
Can you please clarify whether this key respawns infinitely for you, and you are seeing duplicate instances of the key added to your inventory each time? Or was this just a one-time incident?
Are you able to provide a couple of screenshots, or else a short video clip, showing that you have the key still in your inventory, though the chest has already been opened? If you could, that would be really helpful and we can use those resources to open an investigation with the development team if needed.

I can confirm that there is an update (1.4.1) which has been released today. If you would like to reinstall the game and check if the issue persists and if it does I can report it to the development team.
You can capture gameplay by downloading video capturing software for free on your PC, there are many to choose from. Once captured if you can then upload the video to a video sharing website, then copy and paste the URL link into this thread.
