[2022] Excalibur Sword perk is not working

Hi @RoboBarker I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Excalibur Sword perk.

Heavy finishers and criticals should blind all enemies around you.

Can you confirm the following:

• Has this perk ever worked since obtaining the sword?
• Have you transmogged the sword?

Could you also provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

• That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen in the main menu screen before loading your save.
• Highlight the sword in your inventory to show the perk is displayed in the description.
• Fight some enemies in game to display the perk is not working as intended.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
