I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the 'Man Behind the Man' quest.
If possible can you please try loading a previous save before you started the quest then try completing it again. Also ensure that you have the latest update (1.3.2) installed.
However if the issue persists could you provide a video that shows the issue that you are experiencing and I can report this to the development team.
