[2022] Unable to collect Venta Belgarum Bureau codex page

Hi, I am playing AC Valhalla on PS4 (I checked prior to posting this question and it says I have the latest update), and can see the codex page sitting on the table in the Venta Belgarum Bureau, but I am unable to collect it.
I have 5/6 pages collected, and explored all of the Bureaus.
The other confusion is, I’m missing page II of the codex, which is supposed to appear in Jorvik, but I saw no codex page when retracing my steps at the bureau there. I was able to collect the armor piece in Venta Belgarum, but again, I can’t collect the codex page sitting on the table and Odin’s sight doesn’t highlight the object either.

I saw a previous closed thread, with others voicing they had this same issue, and the resolution coming in a title update (T.U.1.3.2) I was wondering if this had gone into effect, or if there was something else I could do in order to fix this glitch?
