@ubi-smash Same thing today with the same item. I won't attach screenshots this time since they would be the same as in my last reply just with a different weekly selection. This issue seriously needs to be solved. I doubt Ubisoft would bother to reimburse any Opal wasted on repeated items.

Hello there,

I've moved your posts about being able to purchase already-owned items from Reda's Shop into a separate thread. This is because this is a different issue to the item showing as "owned" when you haven't purchased the item.

The development team have been notified of an issue wherein players who own Berserker content will be given the option to purchase it again from Reda's Shop, rather than the item being shown as "owned." I've passed on the reports that have been shared here as part of the ongoing investigation.

Hey everyone,

The developers have reached out to us, and would like to confirm the following details / request the following resources from affected players:

  • Can you please confirm if you were able to successfully purchase the duplicate items, and see Opals deducted?
  • When attempting to purchase the duplicate items, did you encounter an error message at any time stating that you had reached the maximum limit for that item?
  • Can you please specify the items you have experienced this issue with?
  • If it was possible for you to make a successful purchase despite already owning the item in question, do you have a video showing this that you could share with us?


Please do provide the details / resources requested if possible for you to do so, as they'll be a big help to the team in investigating the issue! I'm afraid that I cannot speculate as to whether any of the spent Opals will be reimbursed or compensated, but I've also asked the team about this and will keep you all updated with any news I receive.

Thank you for providing this video of the issue as you have experienced it, @wsmk - I have passed it forward to the development team for them to review now! We've had other reports of this issue with the Draugr's Sacrifice item, so hopefully your video and the display of the associated error message 0x70000d06 will help the team to better-understand the issue. 🙂

With regard to the mistranslation, I will submit this forward as well to double-check if this is the case! Thanks for sharing this with us! 🙂
