[2021] Unable to transmog armour / turn in Ghost Auroch head

So its not just me who has encountered this bug aswell.
Wanted to transmog the Isu Knight Armor to Basims outfit and its not showing in the transmog section. Same for Altairs outfit.
You can't transmog anything to the Vindland Gear either even though that worked just fine before the patch.

Also the Ghost Auroch head still can't be turned in, two patches later...

and 3 Opals are missing from the francia map as for now you have a surplus of exacly two, which some gaming sites have also confirmed (yes i do own the opal map from the stor and, have every single one on all maps. Has always been even until francia)

Seriously, why call it patches at this point, if there are more bugs than before after each update? Maybe just call it "caution advised: Bug update incoming"?
I'm really disapointed and it is such a shame because i really do like Valhalla ( 300h+, season pass, 100%) and are eagerly awaiting new things but those new bugs are really make my stomach ache -.-
I mean it took 6 months to integrate two fish but of course it was more important to increase the amount of cats in the world ( yes, i remember the patch notes from back then, something with meow more cats yeah...)

Some of us, like myself, are AC fans from day one, but at this point it really is such a mess how the playerbase in general is treated (microtransactions are more important then fixing the game breaking/distubing bugs)

I also know that you community managers are just trying to do your job and it is not your fault but a little bit more communication from the developers would be greatly appreciated, as you promised us with the extension of the patching cycle from 4 to at least 5 weeks and nothing has changed for the better, it only got worse...
