[2022] [TFS] Unable to complete the quest 'Shifting Loyalties' as the werewolf doesn't spawn

I can confirm that another player has also reported this issue and it has been reported to the development team who are investigating.

@Grand_310 thanks for providing the suggested workaround. The other player who reported this issue tried killing Eivor three times but the issue persisted for them, however it is still worth trying as it worked for you.
