[2022] The quest 'A Brief History of the Hidden Ones' shows I have only collected 1/5 Codex pages when I have collected them all

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

• That your quest objective is only showing 1/5 of the Codex pages have been collected.
• That you have collected all 5 Codex pages.
