Riekr fell into the wall (or to the other side, I can't tell) and I am unable to access her to confirm kill. (See photo below) I have restarted my computer, loaded the last previous save and neither of those had an effect as far as I can tell. Anything you can do?

I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to confirm the kill on Riekr.
Could you please try going to the location where Riekr is and create a manual save. After you have done this quit the game and then load the new manual save that you created and check to see if the Riekr's body respawns so that you can confirm the kill.
However, if this does not work then could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:
Can you also confirm how you killed Riekr. Did you use an ability for the final blow and if so which ability did you use?
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.
