@ubit00n I also cant complete the final mystery in lincolnshire. not sure if this is linked, but the mystery in the photo, i think someone is supposed to be near the meat carcus i need to carry, but hes not there. Also there is wolf in the cage and not a man i need to free. This is the only thing i havent completed in lincolnshire.

As this mystery is a part II of The Twit Saga, you need to do the first part of the mystery to have the NPC spawn for the Part II. The first part of the Twit Saga is in Ledecestrescire. 
Can you please check if that was done?
