[2023] [World Event] Unable to complete the mystery 'The Twit Saga, Part II' as the NPC is missing

Hi @Helleavenn apologies for the late response.

I'm also sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the mystery 'The Twit Saga, Part II' due to there being no NPC.

I can confirm that this issue was reported in the past but it was fixed with update 1.5.0. Can you please ensure you have the latest update installed (1.6.2) then try again.

If the NPC is still missing can you try fast travelling to another location then fast travel back.

However, if the issue persists then could you please provide a video demonstrating the issue. We would need to see the following in the video:

• That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen on the main menu screen before loading your save.
• That the NPC is missing.
• That the mystery icon remains on the map to indicate the world event has not been completed.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.
