My issue is that I am facing the online server error which is 0x00000004: I have tried unlinking and relinking, I have checked my Wi-Fi; none of these seem to work. I intended to make a purchase so this really is quite frustrating. Please assist me in resolving the Error.

I'm also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an online service error.
I can confirm that this particular error code has been reported to the development team and they are investigating.
In the meantime I would suggest going through the connectivity troubleshooting if you haven't already done so and if the issue persists also try forwarding the ports to see if that helps.
