Hi @SpirantCrayon22 the issue with the social glitches in Assassin's Creed Syndicate was a different issue to the Ubisoft Connect stats, however we would always go through connectivity troubleshooting as Ubi-oof mentioned, this is required and it ensures you have the best possible connection to the online services.
Also if this issue affected all players we would have received a much higher volume of contacts.
@BuZuki_ro @SpirantCrayon22 @TheNorfolkian if there is still an issue with your stats updating for Assassin's Creed Valhalla then could you please go through the connectivity troubleshooting for your platform then try again. After you have done this I would recommend waiting for up to 24 hours to ensure all the data has synchronised with the Ubisoft services then check your stats again.
If the issue persists then could you provide some examples to demonstrate that the stats are not updating correctly and I will forward it on to the Ubisoft Connect team to investigate further.
