[2022] Inventory doesn't transfer over

Hey,
I just started Valhalla on Series X about a week and a half ago. Yesterday I subscribed to Ubisoft+ and received a bunch of items when on my PC, tablet. I saved on the cloud and later loaded the saved session onto my series x. But the armor and weapons were not in my inventory, despite them being equipped. When the game loaded onto my Xbox, my guy was just in his undies.

I uninstalled the have from my Xbox and reinstalled. Now some items I had before all of the are gone too!

Any solutions for this?
