[2022] [DoR] Unable to access expansion

Hi all i purchased Ragnarok Dlc for PC via Ubisoft store around a month ago. The twilight pack has shown up in my inventory but no sign of the expansion downloading or appearing in the game. I've check my Ubisoft store a d there is no option to seperately download Ragnarok...just a play now button . When i click it it does nothing .

There was a download yesterday of 7gb but I'm assuming this was a normal update as the game should be closer to 13gb?.

Any ideas?
