I just recently started the game and so far, every world event that I’ve come across, I have been unable to complete. I am able to accept the missions, do the objective, but am unable to turn it in and complete them. I see that this issue has been reported awhile ago but can’t seem to find any resolutions for this.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues completing the world events in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
We have had various issues reported for different world events in the game, however I am not aware of an issue that prevents all world events from being completed.
To investigate this issue we would require some further information. Could you please answer the following:
In addition to this could you also provide some examples in a video that show you are unable to complete the world events. To do this you can use the share feature on your PS4 then upload the video or videos to YouTube. Once you have uploaded them you can copy and paste the URL link into this thread.
