A few days ago I used all my opals to get something from Reda, so my Opal count was at 0. In playing today, I had collected a few opals and when I looked at my inventory, my opal count is still 0. I'm sure I've collected a few opals since I spent all the ones I had. I'm not sure what's happening. I guess I need to stop collecting them until I'm sure this is fixed.

I am playing on an Xbox Series X. I have the latest game updates, the console is completely updated. The network connection is wired as well. My gamertag is Dragoness31

I took a few screenshots

@dragoness31 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. I have checked your account and it shows that you should have 52 opals in you inventory at the moment.

Could you please provide a video that shows you have the latest update installed (1.3.1) this can be seen in the bottom right corner on the main menu screen before you load your save. Then can you go into your inventory and show your opals total.

@dragoness31 Thanks for the video you provided.

Can you also go to the Ubisoft Club whilst in game, then hover over your avatar then provide a screenshot just so I can check I am looking at the correct Ubisoft account you are playing the game on.
