[2022] Online Service Error 0X20000005

@Ubi-Keo I am receiving the same online service error when I speak to Rada. The number code is ox20000005. I've been getting it for months. I've unlinked and linked my account. I moved my game from internal to external drives. I have the new updates. It auto saves it, but I've manual saved as well. I stopped playing because I didn't want to mess up any saved info. I've seen other players with this problem. Is there any solution? Thanks for any help.

Hi @SableRacketeer3 I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering an online service error whenever you try to speak with Reda.

First of all can you please go through the connectivity and console troubleshooting then try again.

If the issue persists can you please confirm the following:

  • When this issue started to happen?
  • Do you use the quick resume feature?
  • Are you using a WiFi or ethernet connection?
  • Is the game currently installed on the consoles internal hard drive or a storage expansion?
