I have a problem that I have claimed 2 loot prime and I haven't received it, I tried to contact the support but it didn't help and it was an absolute absurd, I have only 1 account since 2007, I think I didn't received it causa I had a save game, but my data was deleted, and had to start a new game, please Ubisoft, I never had a problem like that

Hi @mig_ark I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your Prime loot in-game after claiming it.

This would generally be a case of your Amazon Prime account being linked to the wrong Ubisoft account. I'm afraid that this is something we are unable to assist with via the forum.
