@Ubi-Mark
I have seen this happen, too, like every day. But only happens whenever I’m looking through world photos. But on top of that my recent photos disappear from the world every time I take photo now. I’m like missing two-thirds of them in England but I still have them on my console storage, though. Only happens in England. Not the Online Service Error but the disappearing photos because the OSE happens on every map regardless.

Hi @dominantboy I can confirm that the error code [0x20100302] was reported and investigated and the development team confirmed that this was not a defect and that the error occurs when the player executes too many actions to process for the server, for example when hovering the cursor on any picture too many times too quickly.

For the issue with photos disappearing from the map, this was also reported previously and the issue was resolved with update 1.5.3 and we haven't received any other reports since then.

I noticed from the video that you took several photos in the same location before the icon disappeared from the map. Can you confirm the following:

  • Does this occur if you only take one photo at a location? If so does it only happen when you attempt to view the photo immediately after taking it or does it also happen if you take it then check it later?
  • Have you tried fast travelling to another location then checked the map again to see if the photo is showing on the map? If not can you test this.
  • Can you also check the photomode website to see if the photos have been uploaded, if they have then this would appear to be a visual glitch on your map in-game.

@dominantboy thanks for the information provided.

As the photos are uploaded to the photomode website it does appear to be a visual glitch in game.

Can you please answer the connectivity questions that were previously asked by Ubi-MrM.
