Initially, there was a quest target on my map, at Lambay Abbey. I went there, killed 4 (I think, possibly only 3) targets and confirmed the kills. No new target has appeared, and the quest has not updated, so I don't know how to complete it. Any suggestions welcome. I'm playing the PC version if that makes a difference. Thank you!

I'm also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues completing the quest 'Meath: Stamp Them Out'.
If you are still experiencing this issue could you please try using your Odin sight to see if you can see any enemies nearby. If you have already done this or there are no enemies visible then could you also provide a video to show this and I will report it to the development team to investigate.
