[2022] [DoR] Collected opals are not being added to inventory immediately only after rebooting the game

Hi, just the title, picking up from the ground opals on the dawn of ragnarok map does not add them to the inventory even though they appear on the side as picked up items.
This might be really bad because people paying for the opals map and then not being able to add them to the inventory is a bit critical.

Just logged in and they appeared, got back to dawn of ragnarok picked some more again didn't show up, rebooted the game completely and there they were (going for title screen and back doesn't work).

Hi @rki99 @Randelia apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that there is a delay with the opals being added to your inventory. I can confirm that it's possible due to network disruptions or downtime on Ubiservices that the Opals for collectibles are not immediately given. However when rebooting the game, as you have seen the opals should be added to your inventory.

Such situations should be rare however.

I would recommend going through the connectivity troubleshooting to ensure you have the best connection possible.
