[2022] Ubisoft Connect screenshot crashes the game

Hi @BadbadDad99 I'm sorry to hear that your game is crashing when you take a screenshot.

I have checked and there are no further updates on this particular issue. This doesn't appear to be an issue that affects all players as we have only received a small number of contacts regarding this.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

If the issue persists I would recommend uninstalling then reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect launcher then try again. I would also recommend having the game installed on the same drive as the Ubisoft Connect launcher.
