After correctly installing and starting the updated game Assassin's Creed Valhalla, there are problems with audio quality (game purchased in shop avaible on playstation 5 boxed version) [lack of sound detail, poor dialogue quality, audio distortions].
The rest of the games used on the console in the AV system are going perfect and with detailed sound.
Also I tested AC Valhalla on headphones and still no change.
I am asking for suggestions and advice regarding the problem.

As far as I understand this is the physical edition of the game and you've started experiencing sound issues as soon as you've installed the game. You also tried to test it on headset but the issue still persists.
Could you please confirm for me that you performed steps described in this sound troubleshooting article?

@rorschach_12 Thank you for the video clips and images. I'm not hearing any grainy sounds from the YouTube clip provided. The environment sound effects and weapon swings sound dynamic and as intended.
The current game version is 1.4.1.2. Would you check for available game updates? Let me know if you see any changes.
