Not sure if I'm posting in the right spot but I just started playing this not to long ago and I just received the Altair and Basim Outfits today and neither of them are showing up in my inventory. I never obtained the Godly pack in March since I started playing in June, maybe May. I'm not sure what's wrong but I received it with no issues in AC: Odyssey. If someone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.
@thumpergo I have checked your account and it shows that both outfits are in your inventory.
Can you go to the store and check the 'owned' tab to see if the items are showing in there, then return to the game. If you are still unable to see the outfits in your inventory can you try closing then relaunching the game and check again.
Hey there @smoovtime, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear this. I just want to check, am I correct in thinking you have gone through the steps above provided by my colleague? Are you missing both outfits?
