As mentioned previously this issue was resolved with update 1.5.2. As we have had no further reports since update 1.5.2 was released we have now marked this megathread as resolved.

If you are still experiencing crashes / freezes when changing gear / runes following the release of TU 1.5.2, then please don't hesitate to share an update within this thread. When providing a report, please include a video which shows the following:

• You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.
• That you are still experiencing crashes / freezes when changing gear / runes.

I'd recommend uploading any videos to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.

I am currently doing a routine check-up on the megathreads and I can confirm that the issue in which the game would crash or freeze when changing gear or runes in the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion was resolved in Title Update 1.5.2, therefore I will now lock this thread. 

If you are still experiencing an issue were the game crashes or freezes when changing gear or runes in the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion, then please go through the troubleshooting steps for your platform.
